**This posting is located in the Brainerd Central Office location** The Lead Worker positions help ensure Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) recipients receive accurate and timely eligibility determinations, service delivery and benefits. These positions also helps MHCP recipients know the service delivery options available to them and the benefits for which they are eligible. Individuals also provide technical support, problem resolution, and instruction for MHCP systems to DHS HCEO eligibility, enrollment and delivery service coordinators and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Provide lead work direction, support and facilitate the daily operations of the HCCS representative teams. Provide oversight and technical support related to systems, tools, manuals, and education in order to ensure that MHCP consumers’ health care needs are met. In a continuous learning environment, provide critical support, assistance, mentoring and problem resolution for escalated case or call issues. Represent DHS as a subject matter expert on projects related to HCEO continuous improvements, system enhancements, transitions to production environments, and project implementation for MHCP programs and other computer systems. Oversee department, administration, and division efforts to ensure MHCP systems maintain accurate service delivery determinations.
