Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our DCT Finance and Accounts Receivable Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a DCT Revenue Cycle Systems Specialist – Management Analyst 3! As a DCT Revenue Cycle Systems Specialist, you will manage the backend setup, technical configurations, and system rule changes within the Electronic Practice Management (EPM) system to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of claims. You will play a key role in coordinating the technical aspects of the revenue cycle, including the management of billing systems, clearinghouses, and payer interfaces, and will work closely with the technical team to implement system updates, resolve issues, and maintain system integrity to support the revenue cycle process. Primary Responsibilities: • As system expert, provide all coordination of technical and system rule changes to assure the Avatar patient accounting system is processing claims and payments appropriately and with the standard set by DCT. • Coordinate and prepare all revalidation processes for all facilities in the DCT division.
