This is for Forensics Grove 4 Nursing Admin (H55WM86) Provide experienced, professional nursing care. The incumbent of this position assesses and diagnoses the needs of patients; develops individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multidisciplinary team; provides direct nursing intervention and/or delegate specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff; and evaluates the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided during the shift. The incumbent also provides clinical oversight of nursing processes and defined administrative functions in conjunction with the Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisor. The incumbent will also provide leadership in establishing, facilitating and implementing the mission, philosophy, goals and objectives, and practice standards.

- Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse AND - Bachelor's of Nursing Degree plus 2 years Registered Nurse experience OR - Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing plus 3 years Registered Nurse experience NOTE: Certification in area of Expertise = 1 year of Registered Nurse experience Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
