Under supervision, this position provides administrative support for Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center’s Nursing Services Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisors (RNAS) and Nursing Quality Specialist/Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) and Nursing Services Department. Nursing services office responsibilities, includes, but not limited to communications, logistics, transactions, schedules, workflow processes and procedures; triaging phone calls. Assist with coordinating the interviewing and hiring processes for positions with the Nursing Department. Develop and handle the flow of reports, regulatory documents, communications, records, and transactions moving throughout the Nursing Services office, and respond immediately to time-sensitive critical materials, as needed. Plan and prepare meeting reports and event documents. Attending meetings, record minutes and provide written follow-up through communications/correspondence. Support and assist Executive Assistant to the Director of Nursing Services as needed or directed.

Customer Service Skills provide information to clients, including phone calls and walk-in contacts in helpful and courteous manner.
Data Entry Performance create database records and update entries or create and apply the basics of spreadsheets and supply/retrieve information in databases.
Math add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and decimals, as well as calculate averages.
Spreadsheets develop and modify basic spreadsheets and sort and extract data.
Typing/Keyboarding take meeting minutes; complete a variety of reports, letters and data summaries.
Word Processing develop and modify a variety of correspondence, records and reports; perform mail merges, develop forms and charts.
