The Minnesota Forensic Services Program - St. Peter is seeking an individual to join our Quality Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Quality Officer. The Quality Officer is responsible for identification of effective performance measures, data analytics, quality reporting, and development and implementation of strategies to effectively support this healthcare organization in its goal of providing quality services to the people served at Forensic Services. The Quality Officer will provide project management and performance improvement support for campus wide initiatives throughout Forensics Services. The Quality Officer will establish activities to monitor, audit, analyze, and report program performance against established standards. As a contributor to the Forensics Services Leadership Team, the Quality Officer will provide leadership and advisement in organizational planning and action planning. The position will have managerial influence and control primarily in the area of practices, processes and procedures. Job duties for this position include but are not limited to: Lead the development, implementation, coordination, and management of strategic quality and performance improvement initiatives under direction of the Director of Quality, including a comprehensive quality plan. To represent Forensic Services on state-wide committees and initiatives including by providing the Director of Quality, DCT CQO, and FS Leadership with information and data analysis necessary for decision making and long-range planning on programs and/ or policy implications Prepare written narrative reports, support policy and procedure, and create DCT educational written materials. Integrate data analysis results and program activities into quality reports to provide actionable information to Directors, DCT Executive and program staff.
