Our St. Peter team is looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to fill the role of Licensed Practical Nurse- Clinic Nurse. As the Clinic Nurse you will partner with the direct care practitioners of primary care services to extend quality care to our clients. Some responsibilities include: Gathering vitals, questionnaires, consent forms and other client health data at the beginning of visits Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system Providing assistance with minor procedures NOTE: Primary days of work are Monday-Friday. Weekend shifts may be required based on client or business need. Regular working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm however, additional or extended hours may be required.

To be further considered applicants must meet the following qualifications listed below: • Graduation from an approved school of nursing • Current licensure in Minnesota as a Practical Nurse
