The Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center an inpatient psychiatric hospital serving adults with mental illness is looking for a Food Service Worker to serve meals and to perform necessary food service duties in a fast paced kitchen. Primary Responsibilities: - Routine work in the preparation and service of food.  - Performs routine tasks involved in food preparation, food service, dishwashing, and cleaning the food service area, following HACCP - - - - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point regulations (HACCP) - Prepares small quantities of food for special diets  - Washes dishes and utensils  - Cleans equipment, cupboards and furniture - Operates a dishwashing machine  - Observes standard sanitation and safety standards - Performs related work as required  - Operates electric cart to deliver meal trays - Provide a safe and secure facility
