The Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, person-centered Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team! As the RN Supervisor you will serve as a leader and resource for nursing staff and other employees by using the nursing process as a guideline to ensure that nursing staff provide appropriate levels of clinical nursing care that is driven by quality metrics and aligns with CMS and other accrediting standards. Responsibilities may include: - Assess qualifications of candidates and hire employees, maximizing the ability to obtain high quality candidates - Ensure all nursing staff receive training and are competent to perform job duties - Participate in policy development and understand labor contracts - Investigate potential nursing quality issues, patient safety events, sentinel, or serious events
